Product Overview

The JF-60A is a high-temperature rated direct driven screw air compressor specifically engineered for reliable operation in ambient conditions up to 46°C (115°F). This 45kw/60HP compressor is purpose-built for desert environments, tropical regions, foundries, glass plants, steel mills, and any industrial facility where ambient temperatures challenge standard compressor designs.

High-Temperature Engineering

Enhanced Cooling System: 40% larger aluminum plate-fin cooler core with increased fin density. High-capacity axial cooling fan delivers 30% more airflow than standard models. Maintains safe operating temperatures at 46°C ambient without thermal shutdown.
Tropical-Rated Motor: Class H insulation (rated to 180°C) with IP55 protection. Vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI) windings resist moisture and dust ingress. Service factor 1.15 for sustained high-temperature operation.
High-Temperature Seals and Hoses: Viton (FKM) O-rings and gaskets throughout the oil circuit. Silicone-jacketed coolant hoses rated for continuous 150°C exposure. No premature seal failure from thermal degradation.
Thermostatic Fan Control: Temperature-sensing hydraulic fan drive modulates cooling airflow based on actual oil temperature. Prevents overcooling during cooler night operation while providing maximum cooling during peak daytime heat.
Sun Shield Canopy: Double-wall roof panel with ventilated air gap. Reflective light-colored exterior finish reduces solar heat absorption. External electrical panel with sun shield prevents controller overheating.
